Denis Ferranti Precision Machining has always followed a policy of staying at the forefront of process technology and investing in the most appropriate high precision engineering equipment to deliver customer needs.
Our comprehensive in-house CNC precision machining facilities include:
- 13 CNC Milling and Turning Centres
- 13 CNC Machining Centres
- 2 CNC Grinding Centres
Our precision CNC machining services are supported by an in house Tool Room for the design & build of specialised and complex fixturing to optimise “one hit” CNC machining techniques.
Quality is assured by in house mechanical, metallurgical and metrology inspection facilities. Production processes are constantly subject to SPC monitoring. The Denis Ferranti Group is registered to ISO 9001 (2009) and ISO 14001 standards.
Our sourcing team works globally to deliver the optimal cost solution for our customers. We have our own procurement office in Shanghai. If off shore sourcing is right for your precision machined components Denis Ferranti Precision Machining will deliver the solution.
The Denis Ferranti Group has always prided itself on offering customers a “full service / one stop” facility. To meet this objective Denis Ferranti Precision Machining has available:
- In House Surface Treatment facilities to provide an extensive range of applications (all to MOD standards) including phosphate/zinc/tin/copper cyanide/anodising and full wet and powder coating.
- In House Fabrication Shop to provide, where required, a full range of metal forming, welding / brazing and assembly services
